The "Senatore Cappelli" orecchiette are produced from the homonymous wheat grown in our land and obtained from a selection of first generation seeds to make it pure from the first to the last crop. The name of the pasta is inspired by the approximate shape of the small ears. the typical regional recipe is the one that sees them together with the turnip tops, but it is also typical with the fresh tomato sauce. Any other variant makes the dish unique. Format: 500 gr.
